The assignment

Beneficiaries
The final beneficiary of the project is the Ministry of Trade, Tourism and Telecommunications, while the end recipient is the Office for information technologies and eGovernment and public administration organisations that will be subject of gap analysis and recommendations for ISO27001 compliance and among which the needs for ISO20000 further certifications will be proposed.
Contracting Authority

The body responsible for the implementation of the contract is the Contracting Authority – The Delegation of the European Union to the Republic of Serbia.
Consultant

SUEZ Consulting (SAFEGE) is a world leader in the design and management of projects in various sectors, such as public finance, trade, private sector, water, environment, transport (infrastructure sectors in general) and related aspects and horizontal area of intervention (e.g. ecological and digitalisation transition, governance, capacity building, education and training).
Duration
The assignment is planned to be carried out in 12 months, starting with February 2022. At the end of this period, Office for information technologies and eGovernment will be ISO27001 and ISO20000 certified, the amendments to the Serbian relevant legal framework will be drafted in order to harmonise it with the related EU legal framework and a number of public administration institutions will have a clear roadmap towards the future ISO27001/ISO20000 certification.
