ISO 27001 is invaluable for monitoring, reviewing, maintaining and improving an institutions’ information security management system.

It helps organisations benchmark how they deliver IT services, measure service quality and assess their performance. At the end of this assignment, the results will contribute to the preparation of Serbia (public administration organisations at central level and related eGovernment services) for compliance with the EU and international standards in information security management, service delivery, service management, and data protection.
